Have you never not seen a speed bump until the last second and hit it way to fast? I have.
Yes I have. I'm not trying to be argumentative. I've just not hit any, even sight unseen until the last second, that was so severe as to bottom out the back of the camper. Surely though severe enough to do some serious damage to the front suspension.
I do see the concern for driveways, private, business and public, that can cause the back to scrape bottom. I'm not being un-empathic to the dilemma.
I was even on a flat driveway entering the street from a business that had a severe enough pot hole enough to bottom out the frame I thought I had between the wheels. But the wheel did drop in hitting frame.
