Looking for a spare tire cover "lock bracket"

Hey there,

     Anyone have an extra spare tire cover "lock bracket".  The peice that attaches to the spare tire bolts and sits on the outside of the tire.
The lock on the tire cover then hooks into the bracket holding the cover onto the trailer.
