Old Website Roster
« on: June 23, 2020, 05:53:34 AM »
Just looking back at the old website roster and wondering how many of those folks are still here and still have their Apache.   I still have my '62, but sold the '85 Royal years ago.   It's funny to see only those 2 listed for me since I had several different ones.   But the '62 is my favorite and I'd say they could bury me in it some day, but that would be a waste of a good camper.
Post a reply if you're listed on the old website register and if you still have the Apache listed there.

Hi folks! I still look in occasionally.
Sold my 74 Mesa, now working on my 75 Mesa, I like the better side wall hinging and bigger windows.
Also still have a 69 Eagle and a 66 Chief. My 65 Silver Eagle is still a work in progress.
Also a non Apache tent trailer, a 1985 Combi-camp, neat little trailer, sets up in a minute.
Too many trailers, so little time...sigh

I was thinking maybe it is time for a intervention about your collection of Apaches, but there are worse things to be addicted to!

I still have my 76 Roamer but am considering selling it as we don't seem to have the time to go camping anymore.  I also have a 77 Mesa and a 75 Mesa that need to have some time spent on them. Not sure when that will be happening.
Lost....But making good time.

Glad to see some of you folks are still around.  We've had many fond memories working on the Apache's and camping with others, though many of you I haven't met in person.

Hello Fu,
I sold my trailers too, just getting a little old for camping these days. But I like to log on once in awhile. It’s good to see you on here too.
Us old timers have to drop in and make sure there still keeping the Apache site up and running. There is no other Apache site as good as this one. There may be a lot of Apache sites on Facebook but this one is still the very best one of all.

Wow, I haven’t been back on this site in many many years. I sold my Apache around 2009 that I totally rebuilt to like new condition. I was sorry to see it go. I have a Motorhome now that my wife and I travel the country in. It was a lot of fun with all the people I talked to on this site and I really enjoyed that little old trailer. I often wonder what happened to a lot of the people I used to talk to
Terry, lakehope, Timsch, Dlltexan, Trailman, Araden, Fireman Pete, Parland, Kript and so many more.
Hope they are all doing well.

I lost track of this site, I guess in talking to member "raccoon" the site crashed, something happened to Terry who was running it and it fell into disarray for a while.
I missed last year's Ohio round up, first one in the last 7-8 or soni have missed,
Good news/bad news at the same time.
I'm registered for a spot at this year's Ohio round up, and we'll be there but not in an apache.
Both good and bad at the same time, I sold my Ramada about an hour ago.
About 6weeks ago we bought a trail manor.
Donna's been on me to find something different ever since coming back from our only campout last year in October to find something different.
Don't worry.... I didn't buy a creampuff. But it's got AC and more space and we don't have to get on hands and knees as much to access storage as we did with the Ramada.
We had grand plans for rework of the Ramada and we stalled about halfway through the mods.mmmb
I do still have some parts left over that will become available.
