and now that i take a look i realize i used a Lakeport red not a kieths.  red beer not the best to use as the red die goes into the bird giving the appearance of myaby not being fully cooked on the inside.

i figured out that photobucket chopped my video at 10 min. here are the three segments that got chopped off.
