My AC rigging I spoke of.
(1/1)
studioman:
I made the rack out of Aluminum (Weighs about 3 lbs). It puts ZERO load onto the sidewall/window frame.
The panel on top is just one of the old windows I painted to match the ABS.
I used "Memory foam" to fill in the two lower corners from the mattress tops I used for the bed, I had to cut them to fit.
Literally, people who saw it so far thought it was some type of "Factory AC setup". LOL...
A small piece of oak holds both windows in place, just in case (But not really needed).
I can setup the frame, AC, panel and foams in well under a minute. Comes down just as fast besides having to drain-off the AC unit itself.
